- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am a physician and athlete. I have had many injuries throughout my life. I have had several treatment from Jayna and the results have been phenomenal. I am most impressed with her knowledge of health, and that she keeps up with current trends. She has a gentle touch, yet is still able to work out very tough areas. I attribute this to her patience and expertise. She really cares about getting you to a better level of, simply, 'how you feel'. My lower back and hamstring are so much better, I feel that now I do NOT have to give up my love of running. I continue to use yoga and massage in order to 'stay out of pain', and to stay on the path of positive health. Jayna is a top massage therapist, and her prices are still very reasonable.
