- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went with my daughter to pick up her glasses at a little before 4:30 only to find the doors to be locked, even though the hours on the door and on their office voicemail both say they are open until 5pm. I called the UP Health Systems help desk, they put me on hold and they got hold of Dr. Rooney...As the Help desk receptionist is reporting back to me that supposedly everyone has left for the weekend already I can see him turning off the lights as I am standing mere inches from the large glass doors. Infuriating. So if you like being rushed through your eye visit and not being able to pick out your own eye wear then this may be the place for you.
